The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.2-3 Yrs Exp.Hey Guys, I have an opening to share with you.About the Role:As a Field Marketing Associate you will be responsible for planning and organizing key events from start to finish and delivering marketing leads/ funnel.What will you do:- Build an event calendar, coordinate, and execute multiple end-to-end regional, industry and executive events and programs on schedule, within budget and with excellent attention to detail.- Optimize programs for success; tracking all aspects of program execution to prescribed metrics, and analyzing results to track program efficiency, timeliness, and creative success.- Maximize event impact by leading execution of activities before, during and after events in partnership with sales development reps, field sales, and other global marketing functions – ensuring that all activities are well thought out and executed.- Develop field event and/or program strategy from concept to content and execution plan with detailed task list and track through completion using project management tool including assignment of tasks to others and following up with them to ensure that the tasks are completed on time- Strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns including webinars, email programs, direct mail and paid social via LinkedIn- Manage external relationships (vendors, Partners) effectively as needed to ensure maximizing all opportunities to get maximum yield from investment.- Execute other demand generation programs on-time and within budget.- Track and optimize event/program return on investment- Create and manage regional digital marketing campaigns such as industry/region-focused webinars, virtual events, third-party content syndication, eDM and account- based marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal results.What we are looking for:Must have:- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in Marketing- Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Email Marketing tools- MBA in MarketingGood to have:- Experience in Field Marketing for SaaS products, especially in ABM or Enterprise Marketing is a plus- Experience in content writingMeasures of Success:- Increase in MQL, SQL- Increase in ICPs engaged- No of the events executed successfully- Functional: Client Management, Vendor Management, Collaboration with different functions, Social marketing skills- Behavioural: Team player, communication, social etiquettes, attention to detailWho will you report to:
