HPD has designed and delivered more than 700 systems in 30 countries.Veolia Water Technologies, Inc. is an industry leader in providing water and wastewater solutions to industrial and municipal customers.Our parent company, Veolia Environment is a world leader in environmental services.Job Description : The successful candidate will have seven years or more in large project (>$20MM per project) capital sales in an engineered product related field.The duties of this position include (but are not limited to):

Managing an international sales force consisting of ten to fifteen employees.Responsibility for marketing and commercial areas such as cost estimating, tender management, and aftermarket.Assisting with qualification of new sales opportunities.Developing sales strategies to be differentiated.Managing sales and marketing department budgets.Setting strategic direction for medium term market development.Determining annual division sales goals.Participating in contract review and client negotiations.Working inter-departmentally (operations, process, procurement, legal, accounting) during the tender process through contract signature and project execution, including assisting with priorities and providing support as issues arise.Qualifications : A college degree is required, preferably in an engineering discipline. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 20 years experience, preferably in an engineering environment, and have knowledge of engineering terminology and documentation.
