Together, we can make an impact!Job ScopeThe Global Digital Marketing and Event Senior Manager will be responsible for a wide array of Marketing service functions revolving around the strategy and deployment of marketing campaigns through digital communications and events. The Global Digital Marketing responsibilities will be for both the Molecular and Luminex LTG business units.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a team to carry out digital and event initiatives in a provide best-in-class marketing.Act as a trusted advisor, bring value through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, and the ability to develop a wide range of campaign ideas and solutions.Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns including digital and event strategy with internal, external agencies, and corporate stakeholders with the goal of increasing brand/product awareness and increasing sales and profits.Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive digital marketing infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's overall marketing objectives.Lead inbound marketing efforts to build compelling campaigns, offers and conversion opportunities through SEO, Google AdWords campaigns, social networks, banners, etc.Manage SEO and SEM efforts.Define, develop and implement metrics/KPIs/targets and reporting systems to track the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives/campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for improvements to future campaigns. Present regular performance reports to senior management.Oversee management of Marketing Automation platform (i.e., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud) for email and social media.Manage outside vendors (where applicable) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of asset.Review, analyze and present performance metrics for applicable tactics/channels.Report on long-term trends, as well as on new product launches, features and functionality releases and act as the gate keeper of all relevant digital data to ensure that the correct data points are being captured.Manage/Coordinate all associated activities, calendar and travel arrangements, purchase orders, literature distribution, marketing logistics, administration management, and day-to-day functions.Plan, prepare, manage, attend, or assist, when needed, with all regional and other global trade shows and events, as needed.Oversee the management of pre- and post-event emails and social media campaigns for trade shows.Ensure detailed and organized records of all details for trade shows and events are maintained.Ensure event spending from planning stage to post-event and expenses are tracked and within the planned budget.Responsible for full scope of regional and small-scale trade shows including, but not limited to: booth set-up/tear down, food and beverages, event registration, housing, promotional items, display units, Marketing strategy and execution, researching new events, shipping, purchase orders, and event analysis.Work with MarComm/Creative Services team to develop content for digital initiatives and event support such as event invites, booth designs, and all additional graphic needs aligned with the brand.Select, establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors.Deliver extraordinary customer service to all internal and external stakeholders involved in the planning and deployment of campaigns.Oversee database updates, surveys, post-event reports.Be detail-oriented, multi-task and prioritize projects, plan meetings and consistently meet budget deadlines.Travel and work outside of normal business hours, as needed, to meet conference schedules.Manage the Luminex intranet.Other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, or relevant field required.10+ Years work experience, preferably in Events, Digital, Marketing required.Must have an engaging and creative personality that will be infectious to both internal touch points and external customers (High proficiency).Ability to lead projects, overcome barriers, and collaborates effectively with others (High proficiency).Sets specific goals and objectives, ability to plan for the length and difficulty of assignments, ability to break down projects into specific tasks/steps (High proficiency).CRM Experience – Knowledge of working within a Customer Relationship Management system like SF.com.
