In this role, you will lead the development of impactful solutions that will help optimize campaign allocation, improve marketing program performance, and drive investment decisions. As a member of the Growth Data Science and Analytics team, you will leverage data to solve complex challenges and refine the processes that keep the organization running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesWork with large, complex datasets to identify patterns that highlight potential data challenges. Ideate scalable solutions and process enhancements to ensure a high level of data qualityDevelop an in-depth understanding of our attribution model and propose and test refinements to our attribution systemsUtilize Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel to uncover data quality and consistency issuesDrive the development of data monitoring and measurement systems to uphold impeccable data quality standardsDocument existing processes and establish policies to maintain robust data and reporting standardsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, accounting, finance, or statistics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills2-3 years of experience, preferably in auditing, accounting, consulting, or data analyticsHighly proficient with Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communicator with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersAbility to effectively prioritize work and work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsExperience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)Proficiency in SQL and/or PythonExperience working in a startup environmentUS Employee BenefitsVerkada is committed to investing in the holistic health and wellbeing of all employees and their families.
