The Digital Producer/CMS Specialist would report directly to the Commercial Enablement, Digital Marketing Operations Manager. This role would be executing against various marketing materials and assets to support business objectives and strategies in a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS).

This includes:Templated bannersTemplated landing pagesEdits to existing marketing contentAct as SME for multiple tools including Adobe Experience Manager (6.5), Adobe Target, HCL etc.Lead automation initiatives to help streamline work and reoccurring campaign flowsTriage and manage rush production requests as they surfaceOptimize the lead nurturing workflows for customer segments to convert leadsBuild testing frameworks for omnichannel marketing campaignsSelf-manage time to complete work on time and on budgetReview and document existing processes and look for enhancements in work executionCollaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired resultsEnsure on-site experience drives omnichannel efforts by appropriately communicating key marketing messages and aligning with overall business strategyWork with internal partners to ensure revenue tracking on all content works as expected.

Qualifications:5+ years’ experience in related field, preferredExperience working within and architecting various CMS platformsAbility to write and edit basic HTMLExperience working in Adobe PhotoshopExperience working in Workfront or a similar project management systemStrong communication skills and attention to detailWhat is expected of you and others at this level?Applies working knowledge of content editing and development to perform varied tasksWorks on projects of moderate scope and complexityIdentifies possible solutions to a variety of problems and takes actions to resolveUnderstands KPIs to evaluate and optimize workReceives general guidance, may receive more detailed instruction on new projectsAnticipated salary range:
