We are on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Head of Growth who will single-handedly craft & execute innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and conversion.Your Role:As the Head of Growth at Picco, you will:Craft and Implement Growth Strategies: Develop and execute a multifaceted growth strategy that integrates PLG and B2B tactics to efficiently expand our user base.Direct Execution and Ownership: As the singular force behind our growth initiatives, you will personally test, manage, and refine all growth experiments and strategies.
