Job SummaryIndustry-leading children’s consumer goods company is seeking a Graphic Designer to work on several brands and categories in a fast-paced and exciting environment. To ensure success as a Graphic Designer, the ideal candidate will be a team player that can manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a timely manner, accept constructive criticism, while maintaining a high level of organization. This is not a hybrid role, and being on site five days a week is required.

Principal ResponsibilitiesManage phases of design development from concept to production with in-house design team.Collaborate with other designers on their projects to give and receive critical feedback.Effectively communicate and interact with other departments daily.Effectively balance multiple tasks and creative design with quick turnaround times.

Minimum Qualifications2-4 years' experience in graphic design.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of or interest in toy development processes.Strong communication and collaborative skills.
