Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Growth & Performance Marketing will help lead and drive our paid media. In this role, you will drive strategy and execution across our media channels, plan and optimize the paid media budget, assess channel and campaign performance, and lead day-to-day execution with the media agency. The ideal lady or gentleman has a deep understanding of performance marketing and booking KPIs, hands-on platform experience, a highly analytical and technical skillset, moves quickly, and has demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.

Essential FunctionsDrive paid media strategy and performance to achieve digital marketing KPIs within budget across digital marketing channels of paid search, paid social, display, and video.Ensure efficient and effective execution of all paid media campaigns.Lead the implementation and optimization efforts in partnership with the media agency across paid search, paid social, display, video, etc.Manage the day-to-day relationship with the media agency.Oversee creative brief development in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager for internal and external teams to maintain consistent, effective digital marketing collateral.Analyze and drive media strategy to achieve lead and conversion goals, including leveraging media mix modeling to allocate budgets appropriately based on business goals.Drive and manage the testing roadmap for media channels and tactics.Develop weekly and monthly reporting of all campaigns and channels in partnership with the media agency.Support the company’s CRM database growth and development.Update/maintain Project Plan for relevant marketing initiatives and deadlines.Partner with Digital Marketing Manager on website optimization efforts such as landing page testing and personalization.Leverage CDP (Salesforce Data Cloud) and other data resources to execute cross-channel marketing campaigns across key segments in partnership with the Digital Marketing Director.Execute research projects on target markets, including geographic and demographic strategies.Conduct consistent competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.Originate new ideas for executing online and other marketing programs to help drive sales and engagement.Work closely with internal departments to ensure RCYC brand is communicated correctly and consistently in all digital marketing channels.Respond to ad hoc requests from the sales & marketing team, as well as executive leadership team and/or other partners as required.

Competency

Education: BA or equivalent experience required

Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in growth marketing and paid advertising, with experience in hospitality/travel and leisure preferred.Deep understanding of paid search, paid social, display, and video.Prior experience managing a media agency.Strong writing and grammar skills, proofreading abilities, and copywriting abilities.Highly quantitative, analytical, and a technical self-starter, with experience driving and managing tests.Experience in performance-driven marketing, specifically leveraging media mix models and/or multi-touch attribution to drive channel allocation and efficiencies.Detail and deadline-oriented.Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.Creative problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to identify challenges or obstacles.Embodies an innovative spirit and can-do attitude.Self-starter, able to function with little supervision, high-energy.Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on a timely basis.Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), particularly Salesforce Data Cloud, a plus.Google Ads Certification a plus.
