Mon: 8:30 am-2:30 pm; Wed: 3-9 pm; Alternate Saturdays: 9 am-3 pmJOB SUMMARYThe Ridgewood Public Library seeks a dynamic individual to provide outstanding reference help and customer service at the Reference Desk andwork with the team to plan and manage the library’s new passport program.REQUIREMENTSExcellent customer service. Helpful, courteous and energetic.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Technology skillsEXAMPLES OF WORKProvides reference help and customer service on the Reference Desk.Manages appointments and processing for passport programPlease send the following three (3) REQUIRED documents: (1) Cover Letter, (2) Resume and(3) Employment Application to: Victoria Hilditch, Adult Services Supervising Librarian: vhilditch@ridgewoodlibrary.orgOnly candidates under consideration will be contacted.
