With the recent opening of our beautiful Independent Living building the "Gardens" we're extremely excited as we welcome residents into their new beautiful homes. As we continue to grow and expand our community, we are currently seeking a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team here at KBH.The Senior Director of Sales and Marketing will require the knowledge skill set to successfully establish key partnerships within the Senior Living and Healthcare industry. Proven Sales and Marketing skills along with excellent communication in Public and Board level setting is a must. Strong ability to convert leads and contacts into sales is required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications required2 - 5 years related experience requiredExperience in Marketing & CommunicationsAdvance computer skills requiredPrevious experience in managing Sales & Marketing teamExcellent leadership skills required
