As a Senior Social Analyst/Community Manager at Razorfish, you will be joining our 80+ person social discipline within our fast-growing Consumer & Content Experience practice.

In this role, you will be embedded on-site with our client—a large entertainment brand. You will be part of a team of over 32 people who manage organic social marketing for the brand and all its shows.

This crucial position focuses on the planning and execution of content across multiple platforms, while also ensuring the flawless execution of publishing across multiple platforms. You will coordinate with various teams to understand and influence social strategies, plan content calendars for multiple handles, secure creative assets, and develop copy. Additionally, you will ensure all content is properly tagged and posted void of any errors.

Key Responsibilities:

Work hand-in-hand with our Clients, the Publishing Director and Publishing Manager, as a key member of the publishing team - strategically and effectively posting content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and Threads

Plan and manage content calendars for multiple social profiles across all platforms

Maintain and evolve publishing strategy across social platforms

Work closely with the Editorial team to develop content plans for various social handles - ensuring maximum visibility and reach of content assets

Review and approve all social assets and post copy from Editorial team - ensuring 100% accuracy prior to publishing

Assist in launching new social handles and growing current ones in collaboration with Editorial, Analytics and Innovation teams

Light community management, interacting with audiences across social accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-pollination of community engagement tactics.

Contribute to organic social promotion strategies for campaigns, cultural moments and more, specific to target audiences and respective platforms

Collaborate with social teams within the broader brand portfolio to align on broader campaigns that span across brands

Develop copy and identify appropriate hashtags to accompany video/static content

Be aware and accountable for engagement/growth goals, campaign performance, content reach and optimization strategies.

Identify creative opportunities to leverage talent and partners to create moments that will excite and engage our fans and subscribers.

Pitch innovative ideas for expanding social promotions across new and emerging platforms.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience working in social marketing in a community management or publishing role - in house at a well-known brand or with a well-known agency

Proven experience publishing a high volume of content flawlessly and managing complex content calendars

Proven ability to use insights and data to inform content planning, content mix and post timing

Expert proficiency using Monday and ListenFirst tools

Deep understanding of all major social platforms and how their algorithms work

Compensation Range: $45 - $55/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
