Creates business development plans and engages in business development activities and events for assigned communities.Establishes and maintains effective relationships with referral agencies.Schedules networking meetings and events at all communities on a regular basis to meet or exceed established goals.Generates new referrals that convert to move-ins.Keeps the Executive Director and Regional Sales and Regional Operations Partners updated on all sales activities.Accountable for business results through strategic planning, teamwork, and collaboration of functional operations.Advocates for all customers and exudes company values when interacting with internal and external customers.Acts as a role model of the Company's values.Supports the collaborative efforts of the corporate sales & marketing team.Ensures brand integrity in all aspects of marketing.Must know and follow all guidelines in the Vehicles policy.Attend and participate in all meetings and training as directed by Company policy and to develop relevant Sales & Marketing knowledge and skills as directed by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.Maintain professional standards of personal appearance and grooming to reflect sales ability, leadership, and integrity, which includes wearing appropriate professional attire and name tag when in or out of the community.Additional Responsibilities

Provide services and interactions throughout the Community which delight residents, prospects, and the greater community with inspired experiences that result in referrals and high occupancy.Ensure understanding of and compliance with all regulations regarding residents' rights.Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident, associate, Community, and Company information deemed as such.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.Generally, 5+ years of management experience in a senior level sales and marketing role.Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality industry and in a multi-community role with management responsibility is preferred.Demonstrated experience with exceeding revenue and occupancy expectations.
