This position will be responsible for marketing support and operational activities as a key member of the Brand Team working on a potential rare disease launch in the US (Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia). Supports the Brand Marketing teams with the execution of marketing programs including a broad range of tactics and materials. Uses accumulated business knowledge and judgment to analyze the issues and deliver on assigned tasks that support marketing departmental needs.Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)Aggregates and responds to field inquiries on marketing programs and resourcesAnalyzes marketing data and provides summary reportsAggregates and disseminates marketing program performance reportsDistributes communication materials including field communications and marketing materialsLiaises with agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders on project status and deliverables to ensure timely/accurate execution of programs and campaignsSupports promotional review of marketing materials as neededAssists brand teams with aspects of event planning, including working with vendors and event coordinatorsWorks with cross-functional partners to maintain, and improve marketing processes and systems (e.g., Veeva)Supports and tracks projects to ensure work is done on time and budgetAdministrative responsibilities may include; coordinates team and department meetings, supporting legal reviews of documents, contracts, and vendor proposals, submissions and tracking SOWs and invoices, organizing financial department reportingOther duties as assignedRequirementsBS/BA degree in marketing or related field and 2+ years of marketing or related experience ORMaster’s degree and some related experienceUnderstand Neurocrine's business objectives and develop an understanding of Neurocrine's services and customersHas experience in specific functional disciplines while working to acquire higher-level knowledge and skillsComfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional areaAbility to work as part of a team and build strong internal working relationshipsStrong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn new systems and platforms (e.g. Veeva)Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skillsDetail orientedAbility to meet deadlinesGood project management skillsOrganized and process-orientedWorking knowledge of market researchStrategic thinking skillsAbility to apply creative and forward thinking to work initiativesNeurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/AA/Disability/Vets employer. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
