Work closely with team management to ensure exact specifications are met. Check that information and links are correct, check for accuracy, communicate errors and sign off on final version.Build database segments based on specifications and instructions.Monitor email deliverability and address any issuesCreate email HTML from preexisting templates, with daily, weekly modifications.Perform quality assurance testing and previews on all emails to reduce errors, and assist in cross-checking with team members work to ensure accuracyInteract with internal teams and/or stakeholders as needed with regards to productionReview and edit HTML to ensure emails render properly in various email clients and browsers.Source content via content management system and production team to populate creativeFacilitate proper review processesCreate tracking links and reportingCarryout A/B testing and reportingLight copywriting, editing, and proofreading as neededFollow email brand guidelines and fix inconsistenciesResearch current trends and suggest improvements to elevate existing campaignsComplete other duties and projects as assigned
