Darigold is looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team at our Headquarter office in Seattle, WA

All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.What You Will DoDesign graphic assets for marketing campaigns - Campaign key visuals, landing pages, digital ads, social media, email campaigns.Mechanical production for mediums that may include (but are not limited to) digital, social, outdoor, print, and presentation decks.Participate in project brainstorms and generate creative concepts.Ability to contribute to UX/UI development.Foster design thinking grounded in customer research and analytics.Ability to inherit files from others on the creative team and execute campaign materials in the format needed for the release of final files.What You Bring:4-8 years prior design experience in a CPG business and/or agencyNice to Have’sStrong visual, graphic and typography design skills with layout experienceDesign agency experience an advantageAbility to balance multiple product streams, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly communicate design concept and create user specs.Extensive experience with creative software including Sketch, Adobe Products (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator), InvisionExperience in a diverse range of digital platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop, and connected devices)Experience working in growth stage business.Demonstrated track record of success in building products based on consumer needs and research.Belief that everything we do must represent the brand with consistent visual identity and language.Fast-moving, Creative, Passionate, Customer-centric, Scrappy, Strong drive for results, A great collaboratorUX/UI and/or Video production experience is a plus.Benefits of Working at DarigoldEmployer 401K contribution of up to 9%Comprehensive medical, dental & vision benefitsEmployer paid life & disability coverage.Paid time off and paid holidays8 weeks paid parental leave.Education assistanceEmployee assistance programFlexible working arrangement where applies (up to 2 days/week after initial 90 days and approval by hiring manager and HR)Community giving through matching donations.Compensation range:

$68,637.00-$102,956.00
