FulltimeJob Description:We are currently looking to hire a Marketing Associate for our U.S. marketing and communications team at Capgemini. This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a renowned company that is leading the way in business transformation.As a Marketing Associate, you will work alongside an experienced business unit market leader to help develop a marketing strategy for the industry, define the target audience, and develop an execution plan to increase awareness, reputation, and consideration for Capgemini’s services and solutions.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams across Americas to develop and implement marketing campaigns.Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and competitor strategies.Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities such as trade shows and client events.Support marketing campaigns, marketing operations, external and internal communications, and media relations.Key Competencies and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications/writing, public relations, or related field.Proven experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably in the service industry; ABM experience a plus.2-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications/writing, public relations, or business development.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work setting with time-sensitive deliverables.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
