With at least 7 years applying human-centered design across all phases of development, you will leverage excellent leadership abilities and strong communication skills to articulate decisions and data analysis to create solutions that meet user needs and business goals. 7+ years of expertise applying human-centered design practices to digital and mobile product experiences across all development phasesExperience working with multiple agile teams, aligning design, product, and business roadmaps, and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholdersAbility to navigate complex design challenges, ensure consistent design language, and create user-centered solutions that drive business growthDeep understanding of user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to craft engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly product experiencesStrong analytical skills to create data-backed solutions that balance user needs with business objectivesExcellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and strategic implications across various audiencesA growth-focused mindset centered on constant innovation, applying customer empathy to build accessible and inclusive user experiencesExperience working with banking, loan, working capital, or similar productsThe estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
