We’re seeking a talented Video Editor to join our innovative and versatile team in Los Angeles. You’ll be at the heart of our creative process, working with advanced motion graphics, VFX, color grading, SFX, and audio mixing. Collaborate with our global video team, spread across offices in Shenzhen and Frankfurt, to bring visionary ideas to life.What You’ll Do:Create Impactful Content: Edit product introduction videos, mini-docs, and social media deliverables for exciting campaigns.Manage Cutting-Edge Tools: Oversee post-production software and equipment, ensuring seamless workflows with servers, sync software, and more.Collaborate Globally: Work closely with internal directors, producers, and external creators from strategy to final online delivery.Bring Ideas to Life: Craft mood videos, motion board videos, and music selection lists to drive projects forward.Innovate with Graphics: Design advanced motion graphics and handle basic VFX tasks like roto, cleanup, and composites.Ensure Smooth Operations: Keep workflow management software updated with detailed notes and coordinate footage transfers.Deliver Excellence: Organize and polish all deliverables, ensuring sound FX layers are mixed and mastered to perfection.Collaborate Closely: Partner with producers and marketing teams to deliver assets that meet or exceed industry standards.What You’ll Bring:Proven Experience: 5-7 years in the industry, with at least 2-3 years of commercial work.Creative Vision: A strong independent editing style with a flair for commercial content (advertisement style).Technical Expertise: Experience with various data rate specs, resolutions, codecs, and post-editing software.Musical Savvy: A wide knowledge of music styles and genres to enhance your edits.Camera Know-How: Familiarity with cinema & prosumer camerasCool Under Pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent professional ethics.Team Player: Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.Passionate User: Enthusiasm for camera, aerial photography, e-bikes, action tech products, drones, etc. products is a plus!Preferred Characteristics:Be an out of the box thinker and problem solverBe a naturally curious personWhy Join Us?Be part of a creative powerhouse where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make your mark in the world of video production.
