The show strives to serve the rich diversity of Greater Boston, deepen trust and engagement with our community, and initiate conversations that bring those most affected to the fore. It clears space at the table for people with fresh thinking, sharp minds, and stories that have yet to be told. If this sounds exciting, we want to hear from you.

Your role as producer will be an integral part of the Radio Boston team, working both independently and collaboratively with other Radio Boston staff members and WBUR journalists. Working under the supervision of the executive producer, you will be responsible for generating original segment ideas, researching topics, booking guests, and fact-checking. As producer, you may also occasionally direct the live program, which involves giving direction to the hosts and technical director and ensuring elements of each show are programmed properly. You’ll be an active, collaborative member of the Radio Boston team, delivering high-quality programming that resonates with the Greater Boston community.
