Location:

Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman, NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %:

Pay:

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from

$113,000 to $195,500.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a talent to join the EH Growth Team based in Summit, USA, as Senior Marketing Manager Baby, Brand Development Team. The Senior Marketing Manager will leverage knowledge of their Region to deliver toolkits and guidance based on the global strategy for Johnson’s Baby. The Senior Marketing Manager will coordinate with other Regions and BMCs to deliver the 3YOP Innovation Pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers global brand toolkits that meet and advance the category prototype for their priority Region/BMC.

Works in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain, and regional Commercial Organizations.

Delivers winning brand building plans through strong collaboration with other Regions and BMCs.

Develops and ensures the implementation of consistent and aligned communications, content, and playbooks.

Advances Science of Brand Building capabilities in Kenvue.

Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets’ teams to understand consumer insights and challenges.

Delivers a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline.

Brings the Kenvue Promise to life.

Lives the Kenvue values and behaviors.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; Master degree a plus.

A minimum of 7 years progressive experience executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations.

Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization.

Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams.

Evidence of having worked in a complex/multi-factorial environment.

Experience in working with global E2E cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions.

Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones.

Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales, and Project Management.

Ability to travel up to 10%.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.
