We are proud to have some of the most well-known brands on our roster, and to constantly have fun campaigns, events, experiential activations and collabs underway across many different sectors.CLD PR is currently seeking a stand out candidate to join our Events Team as an Event Producer. Ideal candidates have extensive contacts, an extremely results-oriented mentality, and a proven body of work. LA Based 6+ years experience in event productionRequirements: Ideal experience includes extensive vendor contacts, creativity in ideation for brand marketing events, strong project management, autonomously produce an event from ideation, all the way through to post productionExperience is sponsor procurement and sponsor relations is a huge plusBudget forecasting, allocation and managementKeep abreast of other brand event/marketing strategies to forecast incoming/outgoing event trendsExtremely strong negotiation skills for vendor, service, and venue contractsStrong research and sourcing skillsFamiliarity with permitting processes for event locations (venue, city and state agency requirements)Manage and oversee onsite staff and vendorsAssist with proposals and pitch meetingsMaintain and manage client relationshipsTravel up to 20%Cross update team and client on all elements of event production developmentsPlease submit your resume and cover letter ASAP to Alex@CLDstylehouse.com.
