We are looking for a candidate based in the Washington, Colorado, Vegas, or the Oregon area to join our team! This position will be hybrid requiring 3-days at a property and 2-days remote.

In addition, this position reviews and analyzes the performance metrics and reports ROI on marketing campaigns and provides creative solutions for programs not meeting expectations. Self-driven and a critical thinker, the Marketing Manager duties include proactive reporting, adjusting, and analyzing portfolio and asset marketing performance relative to budget and benchmarks/factors; maintaining close relationships with various departments to ensure reporting is holistic; and follow through and adjusting marketing spend based on budget and data in a timely manner. The Marketing Manager should be able to identify regional, national, and market trends.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.• 5-7 years of experience in marketing (multifamily, hospitality, and commercial real estate industry preferred).• 1-3 years of sales experience highly desirable.• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience required.• Experienced with leading teams, taking initiative, and representing Marketing and Operations in larger meetings highly desirable.• Ability to communicate in person, telephone, and other communications tools.• Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as strong editing and proofing skills.• Client presentations and communications experience are highly desirable.• Detailed oriented with strong project management and prioritization skills.
