Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.Responsibilities:Create culture-driving, business-building big brand work from mass broadcast film and web video, to targeted social and influencer campaigns, to attention-getting activation, and retail sponsorship programsLead and review the work of the creative teams; guiding and inspiring the teams and developing their talentsPartner with strategy on both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technologySee your ideas through from concept to execution, working with producers, project managers and other internal and external partners to execute with brillianceCollaborate with the Brand Design group to bring to life ideas in print, OOH, digital, retail, and social as neededConduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible mannerReview and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectivelyOversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverablesProactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptionsEnsure high performance results of your team by:Fostering a culture of trust and wellbeing that prioritizes the team and values employee contributionsDriving a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, supported by regular conversations to maximize talentEmbracing diverse perspectives to foster innovation, learning from both successes and failuresEstablishing a safe environment where team members are motivated, heard, and aligned with clear expectations
