An integral part of the Field Marketing Juice Crew's role is to sample & educate consumers while creating a memorable experience that will build brand awareness and drive brand loyalty.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Be the face of the brand at events, retail, and sampling opportunities and a credible product and brand expert. Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer. Be the team player that works and communicates well with other squad members to deliver sampling goals and success shift execution. Take ownership of sampling activations and work with the hiring manager to ensure successful preparation and execution for events, samplings, and partnerships. Execute company initiatives and activations as required and directed by the hiring manager. Submit & approve activation reports within the specified, required time frame that includes photos, activation results, shift documentation & consumer feedback. Track product and take care of team vehicles and assets. Maintain consistent communication with your lead and manager. Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant. May perform similar and incidental duties as required. Have fun! It’s just juice! Job Qualifications 1+ Years of Brand Ambassador experience desired. Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to a changing environment. Excellent customer service and brand-promoting skills. Outgoing and ability to meet and connect with new and existing customers. Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have access to internet & phone. A clean driving record of 3 years must be provided. A valid driver’s license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from your shift.
