73466The Role at a Glance:We are excited to bring on a
VP of Marketing
for our Workplace Solutions (WPS) business lines. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to achieve key business objectives and lead the strategic planning, direction and evaluation of marketing programs & plans that result in measurable business goals & drive market awareness of Lincoln’s products and services for our Group Protection and Retirement Plan products.What you'll be doing:Partner & advise executive management & key senior business leaders on strategic new marketing approaches.Oversee & lead the creation of complex communications & marketing collateral.Ensure all marketing collateral content is accurate, relevant & consistent.Build relationships & partner with executive management to determine strategic marketing business goals.Establish & provide complex performance metrics to track & assess marketing effectiveness.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and consistency with Lincoln branding standards.Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Lead complex digital marketing projects from inception to execution.Identify & recommend opportunities to leverage technology in marketing processes.Establish and maintain a standardized workflow for evaluating new marketing technology solutions.What we’re looking for:12+ years’ experience in marketing that align with the specific responsibilities.5+ years of management experience, strategy, and influencing senior management.4 year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Experience in financial services marketing, preferably in Group protection and/or retirement products.Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence at all management levels.Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and develop staff.Strong relationship management skills with internal clients.Ability to advocate effectively and command attention in groups.Application Deadline:
