What We NeedAs a Producer, you are a player-obsessed leader, capable of taking charge of a feature, product, or external team and unifying the project or group effectively towards a specific set of goals. Our team simultaneously runs multiple features and workstreams on a AAA product. We ship products in a timely manner and to a high degree of quality.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain publishing product schedules, along with roadmaps to balance multiple projects with different timelines and requirements across a broad array of collaborators.

Establish, maintain, and improve relationships and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external studios.

Validate product and feature budgets and schedules, maintain costs, anticipate, identify, and partner with our staff in resolving overruns.

Ensure alignment and adherence to product quality targets, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with internal partnerships and release management teams to shepherd projects throughout their lifecycle across modern gaming platforms.

Partner closely with Marketing, QA, Product Management, and Analytics, to produce executions of milestone requirements and a cross-functional roadmap.

Synthesize information from multiple sources in comprehensive and effective communications.

What Will Make You an Extraordinary Fit

3+ years of experience in internal or external game development or publishing.

Experience working on a Live game or service.

Experience building and maintaining collaborative and healthy relationships with studios, vendors, internal teams, and other external resources.

Effective communication, time and project management skills.

Experience shipping console & PC or mobile titles and detailed knowledge of those platforms.

Ability to assess quality and foresee development challenges at all phases of product development.

Expected to identify and then own any responsibilities that lie within the scope of the project and are not currently assigned.

Must demonstrate strong fiscal sense, in leading budget and scope expectations.

Experience with industry-first parties (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).

Bonus Points

Experience with AAA products preferred.

Consistent track record of using research and analytics to apply player influence on product outcomes.

Experience in producing systems-based game development is a plus.

Knowledgeable of game industry trends and enjoys playing strategy games.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $87,400 and $129,340 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates.
