As a Content Producer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our content strategy. You will be responsible for creating shot lists, casting talent, and shooting compelling content that resonates with our target audience.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive shot lists to guide the visual storytelling process, ensuring a clear and organized vision for each project.Collaborate with the team to identify and cast talent that aligns with the creative vision and resonates with the target audience.Execute seamless video shoots, overseeing everything from pre-production planning to on-set direction. Ensure that the final product meets or exceeds the creative standards set for each project.Qualifications:You are a charismatic, self-starter with a passion for social media, specifically TikTokFamiliarity with all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)1-2 years of social media experience growing personal or branded accountsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust bring a creative sensibility to all aspects of video and audio productionMust stay up to date on the latest daily trends and propose content concepts based on what is trendingExperience with user-generated content campaigns.High Scale Creative is an equal-opportunity employer.
