We specialize in bringing visual storytelling to life through print, serving a diverse range of customers from indie creators to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).We are seeking a Marketing Manager with expertise in B2B and visual storytelling to join our hybrid team based in Seattle. You are a world-class full stack marketer with a passion for photography, visual storytelling, print services, and content creation platforms, as well as expanding the audience for those products. You will leverage your comprehensive experience across digital and offline marketing disciplines to develop, execute, measure and scale compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns geared toward specific customer segments.Please submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio showcasing your relevant marketing experience and campaigns.ResponsibilitiesDefine, design, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs to grow customer segments globally, focusing on the creator and SMB spaces.Monitor and analyze campaign and program performance, identifying key metrics and insights to optimize ROI and drive improvements.Identify and develop partnerships to further our ability to reach and impact target audiences.Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a data-driven Events and Community outreach strategy.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product partners to develop and refine marketing and sales collateral.Analyze market and industry trends, sharing insights with the broader team to inform strategy and execution.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4+ years of professional, non-internship, marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, visual storytelling, print services, or events.Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs and marketing campaigns from concept to completion.Experience using data, customer research, and anecdotes to support hypotheses, generate forecasts, measure performance, and drive improvements.Experience with Power BI and Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Deeply collaborative with proven ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver on goals.High judgment with problem-solving skills.Passionate about photography and visual storytelling.Why Join Us?At RPI/Blurb, you'll be part of a team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
