Execute strategic and innovative marketing and communications campaigns, resulting in increased Revenue Generation / Ticket Sales, Fan Experience, Social Media / Broadcasting, Brand Awareness, Innovation / Creativity, Student-Athlete Experience, Community Outreach, and Attendance.Execute digital and social marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Email, Website, etc.), utilizing owned, paid, and earned media for designated intercollegiate athletic sports and programs, focusing on Revenue Generation / Ticket Sales, Fan Experience, Social Media / Broadcasting, Brand Awareness, Innovation / Creativity, Student-Athlete Experience, Community Outreach, and Attendance.Foster collaborative relationships with campus and community stakeholders; including Athletics Communications, Athletics Corporate Partners, Community Outreach, Athletics Development and Wolverine Club, University Marketing, University Communications, University Photography Services, University Social Media Marketing, UVUSA, Clubs and Organizations, and Student Housing.Execute market research to gain insight on various areas including brand awareness, campaign effectiveness, competitive analysis, consumer insights, customer satisfaction, customer segmentation, product development, and more.Provide support at designated game days / events, including pre-game, in-game, and post-game activities, and setup / takedown.Create executive reports that outline campaign and program objectives, audiences, targets, and tactics, including end-of-campaign and end-of-year actuals against targets.Minimum Requirements:

Must be a current UVU student.One or more years of work experience in sports marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, marketing, communications, public relations, or another related field.Must attend Mandatory Staff Meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00am to 10:50am.Office hours will be scheduled during regular business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm) and decided on between applicant and supervisor.Works on weekends, evenings, holidays, and flexible shifts.Works indoors and outdoors (hot and cold temperatures, wind, rain, snow, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom, as well as Canva.Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies.Knowledge of the 16 NCAA Division I sports sponsored by the University.Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Good interpersonal skills, judgement, and diplomacy required to interact effectively with and provide customer service to a broad audience.Effective time management skills.Photo and/or video background and experience (shooting and/or editing) is a plus.Ability to uphold and abide by all NCAA, WAC, and BIG 12 regulations and UVU Institutional policies and procedures.Ability to plan, organize, and problem solve.Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team environment.Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
