The Vice President of Marketing supports the President in accomplishing the mission, strategies, and execution plans of Repairify. This includes supporting general marketing across multiple functions including product marketing, demand gen, branding, content customer marketing, internal marketing, and sales enablement. This position is key in providing leadership for the organization in all areas of marketing, communications, and brand management.

Lead the development, ongoing management, and evaluation of marketing initiatives and plan to position Repairify as the leader in its market segment.

Develop the appropriate organizational structure to execute our business strategy from a marketing perspective.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively convey the company’s value proposition, key messages, and thought leadership content to target audiences.

Drive thought leadership initiatives by identifying industry trends, conducting market research, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop insightful content and establish the company as a trusted authority in the industry.

Drive lead generation with the implementation of effective in-bound and out-bound marketing processes including core CRM system.

Plan and oversee all corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events, to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.

Manage media strategy and direct media partners in the development, implementation, evaluation, and optimization of those strategies against target objectives.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry analysts to ensure positive market perceptions, drive analyst coverage, and support sales and marketing efforts.

Develop and execute customer marketing programs, including testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content, to drive retention, advocacy, and upsell opportunities.

Manage marketing department to ensure compliance with company procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.

7+ years of proven work experience as a Marketing Director, or other senior marketing role.

Solid knowledge of SEO and web analytics.

Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.

Pragmatic Marketing Framework certification.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Ability to effectively communicate and present to executive leadership team.

Work environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

Physical demands

This role includes work and training sessions in body shop and dealership environments where standing for long periods of time, in hot and cold weather, may be required. Physical requirements also include occasional lifting/carrying of 20 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.

Travel required

This role requires approximately 50% travel.
