We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director to lead our creative team. This role is crucial in shaping the visual and strategic direction of our brand across social media platforms. The Creative Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of compelling advertising campaigns, managing all aspects of shooting days, and ensuring that our creative output resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Ideation: Develop and pitch innovative concepts for social media ads, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.

Shooting Management: Plan and oversee all aspects of shooting days, including coordinating with photographers, videographers, talent, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team, providing guidance and inspiration to develop high-quality visual content.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and meet the highest quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to keep our creative approach fresh and effective.

Budget Management: Oversee the creative budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Creative Director, preferably in advertising or digital media.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful ad campaigns and creative projects.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in social media platforms and content creation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in video production and photography.

Familiarity with the latest design and video editing software.

Knowledge of brand strategy and consumer psychology.

Location:

Miami, FL - on-site hybrid 3 times a week in the office.

Type:

Full-time - 40 hours a week.
