Write, edit, and publish reports and technical documents.Gather, analyze, and compose technical information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, reports, etc.Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology.Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.Required Skills and Experience

Outstanding communication skills.An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities.Experience writing, editing, and publishing reports and technical documents.Strong experience with computer-based systems.Professional Certifications n/aYears of Professional Experience Eight (8) years of professional experienceDesired Experience Previous experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferredFormal Education BA/BS degreeCitizenship Requirement
