We seek a detail-oriented team player with business operations experience in a video production or communications-related environment. This position reports to the Executive Director of BU Productions and has a broad scope of duties, including administrative, financial, and operational functions and responsibilities.The Department Administrator will assist in coordinating daily operational activity, implement project scheduling platforms to increase operational efficiency, calculate project costs for client billing, purchase equipment and supplies, and work closely with relevant university administrative staff for the onboarding and payment of our vendors and contractors.Our award-winning production team produces superior content for a wide range of projects and clients across campus.
