As part of Marketing's Demand Management team, the Project Manager will work with marketing leaders to optimize program planning and execution processes, with day-to-day responsibilities managing key programs and Studio team resources.Plante Moran enjoys a "Workplace for Your Day" model which, simply put, means we strive for flexibility and balance while staying true to our principally in-person model. For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Your work will include, but not be limited to:Design new (or optimize existing) marketing team program planning and execution processes to maximize efficiency, throughput, and results. This would include campaign update process/templates (stand-ups, etc) for use across all teams.Co-responsibility with Marketing's Demand Management & Go-to-Market managers to build and manage the program portfolio.Create and maintain holistic timelines across all priority campaigns.Aide capacity management with Studio senior managers (across demand, creative, digital, and martech & analytics) across all projects.Manage initial program intake/workflows and assign Studio (predominately Creative - design) staff, using the team's project management tool, Workfront.Establish, schedule, and facilitate kick-off, planning, strategy, and status meetings for firmwide brand and integrated campaigns.Regularly monitor deadlines and milestones; implement and manage project changes and interventions to ensure timelines reflect necessary adjustments and support project progression and completion.Manage and distribute regular project updates to appropriate internal and external teams.Coordinate with creative team managers, stakeholders and external media & creative agency partners to manage media plan timelines and execution.Work with all teams within marketing to ensure the department is delivering on the highest priority/highest impact projects by working collaboratively to resolve prioritization and resource utilization issues.The qualifications.A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing or agency project management experience or completion of formal externally recognized project management certification requirements (e.g. PMI, PMP).Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.Demonstrated ability to be highly responsive, manage multiple projects simultaneously, understand priorities and resource utilization, address identified problems, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent needs.Strong understanding of marketing and creative principles, strategies, and best practices.Expert proficiency with project management platforms (ie.
