This involves building strong relationships with channel partners, supporting sales efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and staying competitive through innovation and awareness of industry trends.Key Responsibilities

Develop channel marketing strategies aligned with company goalsAct as key business partner and marketing counterpart to channel directorBuild and maintain relationships with channel partnersCreate and execute marketing programs tailored for partnersProvide training and support to educate partners on productsMonitor and analyze performance metricsStay informed about industry trendsCollaborate cross-functionally with other departmentsReport on the effectiveness of channel marketing effortsSkills

3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B marketingPrevious experience in channel or partner marketing is advantageousFamiliarity with the HR SaaS industry is beneficialExperience in sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration is valuableThe Interview Process
