100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will

get together monthly

for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10-20% travel (2-4 days a month).Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the paid media strategy while owning the media plan execution and optimizations in conjunction with agency partners. Meet or exceed KPIs and targets across the full funnel (visits, conversion, revenue, recall, CAC, LTV).Responsible for working and non-working budget allocations that enable full funnel performance marketing strategies.Lead the process to measure marketing spend efficiency using advanced media mix modeling and/or multi-touch attribution or spend incrementality by using external and internal datasets from multiple sources.Establish a test and learn culture within RealSure.Work alongside and collaboratively with product and revenue teams to build out testing roadmaps that improve conversion rate as well as ensure an overall positive digital, customer, and agent experience.Cultivate strong, impactful, and effective relationships with key vendor partners and identify new technology, capabilities, features, and opportunities.Act as an industry thought leader, bringing new and emerging ideas and capabilities to the team.Develop a fast-moving, engaged, and high-performing performance internal marketing team.Gather actionable insights and data through holistic research plans including qualitative, quantitative, market, and user research.Own brand measurement and reporting across the company.What you bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, Advertising, or Marketing required.Minimum of 10 years of direct experience managing large multi-million dollar budgets across a wide spectrum of digital media.Ability to act as a strategic thought leader.Experience with budget creation and management (monthly, quarterly, and yearly rollup).Experience managing both an internal team and agency partners.Exceptional understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and analytics.Familiarity with different attribution methodologies and measurement approaches.Experience using tools and platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads 360 & Bing Ads.Strong executive communication and presentation skills.Insight documentation and detailed analysis to drive understanding across multiple business units.This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
