Role Summary Rivian is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our Marketing team as a Sr Lead of Partner Marketing. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing and will be responsible for forging and nurturing strategic partnerships with prominent brands to elevate Rivian's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and accelerate our growth trajectory. With the mission to “Keep the World Adventurous Forever”, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rivian and how we market our products and services. This is a newly established role, so the right candidate will need to work independently, roll up their sleeves, and will be comfortable working across functions and without a clear “playbook”. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic marketing partnerships and sponsorships that align with the company's objectives and target audience that will drive brand awareness and engagement and amplify our marketing efforts. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Rivian's marketing and business objectives. Identify and prioritize strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities that amplify Rivian's brand positioning and market impact. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including senior executives, marketing leaders, and cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement and collaboration. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Growth, Product Development, Sales, etc) to develop and execute joint initiatives and campaigns with strategic partners. Ensure alignment of goals, messaging, and execution across all partnership activities. Drive innovation and creativity in partnership activations, co-branded campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives. Explore new ways to leverage partner assets, channels, and platforms to enhance Rivian’s brand visibility and customer engagement. Develop compelling messaging that communicates Rivian’s brand values and offerings to a partner’s audience. Develop comprehensive channel plans and content strategies in collaboration with partner brands and Rivian channel leads to enhance the visibility and impact of the Rivian brand. Execute multi-channel activation strategies, leveraging PR, digital, social, experiential, and other available channels to maximize reach and engagement. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify insights, optimize strategies, and maximize ROI. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth and inform new partnership strategies. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Washington and California Based Applicants: $159,200 to $199,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
