We are seeking an experienced Lead Product/UX Designer to leverage their deep knowledge of user research, design processes, and UX best practices to create cutting-edge platforms and applications that set new standards in the digital advertising industry.

Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.What You’ll DoIn this role as a Lead Product/UX Designer at Epsilon, you will combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively demonstrate useful and desirable design concepts. You will apply user-centered design principles to develop efficient digital products, conduct and document comprehensive user research, and stay updated with the latest design practices. You will actively participate in cross-functional meetings, advocate for the Product Design team, enforce and evolve our design system, and ensure accessibility standards are met. Additionally, you will independently conduct usability testing, contribute to design critiques, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle.Why you might stand out from other talentExtensive Experience:

Significant experience within established UX teams & a strong track record in designing enterprise software tools.Educational Background:

Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Communication Skills:
