The SVP, Marketing is responsible for the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy of the Bank. This position helps to create and execute various marketing, advertising, and brand management strategies in alignment with the Bank’s overall business plan.

Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Essential Job Functions:Responsible for developing, planning, implementing and monitoring marketing and public affairs objectives, policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all functions within Marketing Department.Responsible for the development and achievement of strategic goals related to all marketing campaigns and initiatives.Creation, management and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and sales.Create digital Marketing strategy encompassing CRM, Q2 & various applications.Carry out efforts to reach long-term goals.Manage and review the marketing department’s budget.Manage the marketing department’s vendors and their contracts.Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve when necessary.Create and manage photo & video content and campaigns.Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.Participate in quarterly and annual planning of the Bank’s objectives.Management of the marketing team handling marketing tasks.Manage marketing for the retail, residential, indirect, and commercial lending teams.Management of the marketing aspects of the Annual Report.Approve and manage projects and requests from internal departments of the Bank.Community outreach and support efforts and advertisements.Work with retail to improve customer experience; manage digital signage.Create and manage the marketing planner and marketing plan.Manage and facilitate Bank events.Manage and facilitate chamber of commerce networking and marketing efforts.Utilize networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness for the Bank.Manage and oversee all traditional media, reporting, digital media, email marketing and social media efforts.Education & Experience:BA Degree in Marketing and 8 years of marketing experience or 5 years of bank related marketing experience. Experience with Marketing within a digital platform. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required.
