monday.com is looking for a Brand Awareness Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills as well as a strong understanding of brand marketing and campaigns across multiple channels. You will have full ownership to design strategic and creative campaigns with the cutting-edge UI of our monday.com brand.This is a great opportunity to reach millions of current and potential customers around the world and make a strong impact within the company.You’ll join our Design dream team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.About The Role
Be an ambassador of the monday.com brand, creating and implementing our guidelines for each projectInnovate continually within the Brand Awareness Team to build and improve our out of home campaigns that attract existing and new customersReview work with an objective, data-driven eye, and apply learnings to future workOwn strategic projects and lead from A-ZUse strong communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast cross-functional teamBe a strategic partner, not just a do-er — working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholdersYour Experience & Skills
3+ years of brand marketing experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design processA strong design portfolio consisting of branding projects and marketing assets, full campaigns, and strong graphic principlesPositive attitude and great personality with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the teamAbility to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of written and spoken EnglishWe believe in equal opportunity.
