Sr. Civil Designer

comes with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and will provide you with the opportunity to:Analyze, review and interpret topographic survey dataDevelop 2D and 3D models for new and existing mine waste projectsBe involved in all aspects of multi-disciplinary design, analysis, and drafting of large civil earth works projectsProduce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps and graphic representations of engineering designsTransform concepts and sketches into engineering designs primarily using AutoCAD and Civil 3DCollaborate with team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control measures are achievedExpand your knowledge by attending trainings and conferencesShare valuable industry experience and support team growthWhat we require:We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. We do however require the following qualifications:A diploma in civil technology or degree in civil engineeringExpert in 2D drafting and 3D design using AutoCAD and Civil 3DAbility to work with other geospatial softwares (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, ReCap, OpenGround, Muk3D)Exposure to the design of large civil earthworks projectsAn ability to build relationships with multidisciplinary project-based teamsIn addition to the must have requirements you will excel in the role if you have a willingness to learn and lead, and a curiosity mindsetThe salary for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 per year.
