Responsibilities

As a member of the Marketing Communications team, the Corporate Communications Lead will work with Page’s CEO, Executives, subject matter experts, and external PR agency to promote Page through internal communications, strategic partnerships, executive communications, and branded content.With a focus on strategic execution of communications efforts that align with the firm’s Strategic Framework goals, the Corporate Communications Lead will manage their development and implementation. This role is responsible for creating a variety of communications materials across multiple reputation building communication channels.Responsibilities :As the Corporate Communications Lead, you will play a critical role in the strategy and execution of key communications initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with executives, offices, regions, market sectors, and practice area units implementing communication plans. The position is responsible for maintaining and updating communication calendars, project plans, and metrics, tracking progress and outcomes of communication efforts.This role will work closely with Page’s marketing communications teams, external PR agency, offices, and market sector teams to coordinate brand positioning efforts of the firm and its leaders through:Internal Communications Function (30%)Work directly with the CEO and Executives to coordinate firmwide broadcasts and town halls.Manage internal emails and newsletters from marketing, communications, CEO, and other Executives.Oversee communications resource section on company intranet by collaborating with communications team.Project manage creation and distribution of firmwide updates kit for each office’s use, including presentation and speaker notes.Create communications guideline resources and materials for company intranet site.Oversee programming communications within technology platforms as needed.Executive Communication Function (30%)Work directly with the CEO to develop original content in the form of internal emails, thought pieces, media commentaries, speeches, media interview talking points, etc.Meet regularly with Executives to brainstorm and develop ideas for topics they might explore in their writing and speaking.Facilitate Council, Committee, and Board Roles for Page leaders at industry associations.Assist with or lead the storyboarding of internal and external presentations, where appropriate.Partnerships Function (30%)Work directly with the Director of Communications to execute the strategic vision for Page’s strategic partnerships.Partner with communications, marketing, market sector leaders, and practice area leaders to maximize speaking and other thought leadership opportunities with strategic partners.Manage the day-to-day coordination of our partnerships.Measure impact of our partnerships by developing KPIs, tracking, measuring, and analyzing results.Branded Communications Function (10%)Assist with or manage external thought leadership content branded webinar series, industry insights newsletter, and blog posts.Meet with market sector leaders and office directors to coordinate branded content.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Communications, Marketing or related fieldAt least 8+ years of direct experience in communicationsStrong knowledge of the real estate development industry and its leading organizationsAbility to translate real estate development and land use topics into impactful communication strategiesAbility to build storytelling opportunities around Page’s projects, thought leadership, people, and initiativesProven track record of successfully managing large projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent writer, editor, and proofreader who adapt messaging for various audiencesPositive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiencesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyCompetency in Adobe InDesign preferredBase Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillsand/or location)At Page, we offer Health Care, Vision, Dental, Life, Travel, and Disability Plans, paid time off, matching 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) plus eligibility to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.#LI-JK1Page is an EOE/AA/VET/IWD employer and subscribes to E-Verify.
