Manage post-production for our fast-paced, high-volume content pipelineCreate efficient workflows for our unique 1-minute episode formatOversee quality control for weekly episode releasesCoordinate with writers, directors, and editors to maintain story integrity in short-form contentEnsure all deliverables meet specifications for mobile and smart TV platformsManage post-production budgets and schedules for multiple concurrent seriesHire and supervise post-production staffImplement innovative solutions for rapid turnaround of episodesWhat You'll Bring:

3+ years of post-production supervision experience, preferably in digital or mobile contentStrong understanding of short-form content workflowsExperience with high-volume, quick-turnaround productionsProficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects)Familiarity with mobile and smart TV delivery specificationsExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environmentPassion for innovative storytelling formatsWhat We'll Offer:

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $241,000 USD.
