Develops and executes a comprehensive client communication and education strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives and goals.Drive Brand Quality through development of interactive and immersive eLearning courseware.Conceive of and design motion graphics/animation/video tools and programs to elevate quality in the business.Assess, suggest changes and implement enhancements to upgrade the standard of traditional training and client communication.Engage with the Sales team to understand needs and enhance tools to enable more effective selling.Lead cross functional projects involving video and interactivity to enhance storytelling messaging in communications.Lead cross functional teams to conceptualize ideas transitioning them from plans on paper to implemented programs.Manages the processes of writing scripts, storyboards, and final production of content including making editing decisions to enable full interactive media development.Collaborates with leadership and clients to identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives that can be informed and enhanced through training and education.Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.Consults with senior management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.Engages with the Manager of Training in the development of learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans for the business.Coaches and empowers team members to be strong future leaders in the organization.Provide data driven insights and recommendations to external stakeholders to support their decision making processes.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools and methodologies in their field.Defines and measures KPIs for business initiatives under their purview and regularly assess the impact of analytical insights on business outcomes.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and create solutions that improve profitability or make work more efficient for our teams.Performs all other duties as assigned.Required Experience

7+ years experience in leading, designing and implementing effective creative content design, instructional training, multimedia communication and innovational communication techniques.Experience in the (foodservice/grocery/convenience/QSR) industry experience desired.Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while focusing on delivering repeatable, reliable solutions with flawless execution and superior customer service.Ability to read situations, adjust and influence others.Attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in Google applications (docs, sheets, calendar, drive, etc) and Microsoft products (Excel, Powerpoint).Must be a self-starter with the ability to perform independently in high pressure and dynamic situations with skill and tact.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to demonstrate data analysis skill and ability to apply this to business situations.Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Tableau and QlikView.Experience supporting different districts/areas of the business at once.Experience with presenting data to the Leadership team.Experience managing large projects.Required Leadership Traits And Characteristics
