This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills.General Responsibilities:Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for the sales of Class C and Towable units.Develops effective sales incentive programs which support company’s goals for growth.Directs, builds, develops, and manages a sales and marketing team.Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and customers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities to support the company.Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective dealers/retailers.Direct market analysis of local competition to ensure competitive advantage.Achieve sales targets and outcomes.General Requirements/Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the RV industryBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales management within the RV industry or a similar field.Strong leadership and interpersonal skill with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of RV products, market trends, and customer preferencesMust be well-organized and prioritize tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400.Ability to travel as needed.If you have passion for the RV industry, a track record of successful sales and marketing, and the ability to lead a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
