$7,000/month, or $84,000 annualized, generous benefits package

Location:

Madison or Milwaukee, WI (Please note: Employment with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin requires residence or willingness to relocate to the state of Wisconsin.)

Summer 2024

The Opportunity:

As a Deputy Digital Director, Content, you will lead the Wisconsin Coordinated Campaign's social media presence. Your team will own the content and back-end of our social media accounts as well as our paid influencer program.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the social media production process from start to finish.

Maintain and update an internal content calendar for all owned social media channels.

Lead the campaign's influencer vertical, cultivating relationships with key creators.

Establish reporting norms and leverage data to make informed strategy choices.

Manage approvals for internal content streams and deliver feedback to junior staff.

Manage a team to execute the campaign's social media strategy.

On year requirements include working outside of normal work hours.

Qualifications (Preferred):

At least 3 years of political experience.

Experience managing paid influencers programs.

Organizing Know-How - Experience converting social media engagement into action.

Excellent Organization Skills - Can track a high volume of work.

Demonstrated experience producing content for diverse communities.
