Job Description

In this role you will play a vital role in developing downstream marketing strategy and work closely with the marketing communications manager towards tactical execution of deliverables. These strategies and deliverables are crucial to the success of the team. In addition, the Sr. Marketing Manager will assist in market research, data analytics, and communication tools to further the goals of Philips’ solution-based approach to meeting customer needs.

Your role:Grow quality marketing leads using a multi-channel strategy.Drive market development by increasing office based labs (OBL) and ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) awareness across multiple channels such as tradeshows, podcasts, published media, etc.Develop a strong internal marketing campaign to increase awareness of SymphonySuite across Philips sales and marketing teams.Lead the development of marketing campaigns that continue to build the SymphonySuite brand for all audiences. Campaigns include digital, print, and trade show related mediums. Also includes key opinion leader (KOL) management for initiatives.Lead partnership strategy and identify new partners to bring into our network while refreshing current partners to ensure they are meeting the needs of our customers. Facilitate execution of co-marketing deliverables as required.Manage marketing processes including document approval, customer show site visits, customer travel logistics, customer payments, team meetings, and other critical processes.You're the right fit if:You have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.You’ve acquired 5+ years of commercial marketing experience. Demand Generation experience strongly preferred.Your skills include the ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfort with managing data and drawing conclusions, and demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.You’re a highly versatile, proven and accomplished individual who can work in a highly matrixed environment to lead the management of the SymphonySuite solution.Up to 10% travel.About Philips

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
