Connection to our work, our customers, our colleagues and our community that creates a working environment that fosters openness, collaboration and creativity.Job Summary:AMCS, the leader in Performance Sustainability, is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our next chapter of growth and efficiency. In this exciting new role, you will be at the forefront of our marketing evolution, spearheading the design, development, and execution of cutting-edge processes and workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in driving new levels of efficiency and excellence, transforming ambitious visions into actionable results.You will be responsible for managing marketing projects and programs from inception to measurement and reporting and everything in between. You will prepare and present regular updates, ensuring alignment on resource allocation, budget, prioritization and completion of goals. Key support areas will include (but are not limited to) the Brand team, creative queue, department objectives and key results, efficiency metrics and department budget and planning. All projects managed by the Program Manager will be critical to the organization's strategy, commitments and goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing ongoing contact on project status and changes.Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and agencies.Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to work plan.Required skills and qualifications:5-8 years of project/program management experience, preferably within the marketing domain.Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.Proven success working with all levels of management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.
