Senior Product Marketing Manager

to join a fast-paced and dynamic team of marketers that lead a multi-billion dollar business. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-group collaboration, and storytelling, as well as a passion for technology and new business models. In this role, you will partner closely with the

engineering team, field, and stakeholders

across Microsoft to develop our strategy and plan to drive adoption and accelerate the growth of your

product portfolio . You will analyze industry use cases for the most complicated

end user computing use cases, target IT and security audiences , and plan how to reach them and communicate the

value

and

differentiation of your product . We’re looking for someone who can lead high-performing,

cross-functional teams

to achieve desired and shared outcomes.

Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.In This Role You Will:Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for Microsoft Intune & Windows endpoints. Partner with Product and Engineering and other business and customer experience teams to impact the Intune roadmap, Windows 365, Windows clients, and the next generation of AI devices.Partner across solution areas with Modern Work and Security PMM and GTM teams to influence partners in delivering the right product experience in alignment with defined direction.Determine the long-term market opportunities and breakthrough features to represent Intune value in customer and field programs and narratives.Collaborate with others to develop insights from market or user research, competitive analyses, and market and industry trends to drive product marketing strategies and create a differentiated value proposition and narratives that align with customer goals.

Responsibilities:Build a world-class marketing plan to land Intune products and services WW internally and externally.Be the owner and expert on your domain as a business, deeply understanding the business model, business drivers, opportunities, and challenges.Deliver multi-audience value proposition, use cases, and scenarios that ultimately demonstrate Microsoft thought leadership and technological edge.Build and lead a community of experts around the company as a v-team of business partners to champion this new business.Develop and land strategy for growing the business through sales, marketing, and partners, including an approach to recruit both established and new partners.Work with teams across Microsoft to develop programs, offers, and campaigns to execute this strategy.Partner closely with engineering teams to communicate customer voice, requirements, and deliver improvements into our offerings.

Qualifications:Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in business.OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 3+ years of experience in business.OR equivalent experience.3+ years’ experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management, or consulting for a technical product.Experience with cloud computing technologies, endpoint management, or security solutions, business drivers, and emerging trends.3+ years' experience as a written and verbal data-driven & creative storyteller, that can inform and influence decision-making across executives and the broader organization.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in business.OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in business.OR equivalent experience.Track record for growing new businesses and building cross-company relationships with multi-discipline stakeholders and executives.Effective communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor the content and the delivery to different audiences and formats.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
