Learn more at www.verve.com .Who You AreWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing to drive the strategic direction as well as execution of our marketing initiatives. The SVP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy as well as marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives, strengthens our brand presence, and accelerates our growth in the AdTech industry.This position can be occupied in New York City in a hybrid set-up or filled remotely in one of the following states:

, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.What Will You DoDevelop and implement a growth-focused global marketing strategyLead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing and creative marketing teamEnsure marketing efforts are aligned with product development and sales goalsStrengthen and maintain brand identity across channels, specifically focusing on Agencies and Direct BrandsDefine and communicate the company's unique value proposition in the AdTech marketHandle Public Relations at a global level and work closely with investor relations teamOptimize lead generation and enhance customer acquisition through data-driven strategiesOversee content creation for thought leadership and educational resourcesDevelop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with industry trends and addresses customer needsUtilize various digital marketing channels, including programmatic marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to effectively reach target audiencesMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROICollaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring successful launchesTranslate technical product features into compelling benefits for customersStay informed about industry trends and competitor activitiesEfficiently manage and allocate the marketing budgetJob requirements

What Will You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferredProven experience (10+ years) in marketing leadership roles within the AdTech industryExperience managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing teamHigh energy, hands-on, intelligent professional attitude, and mindsetDemonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategiesStrong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisionsTeam player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindsetWhat We Offer

The OTE salary range for this position is USD 300k-400k per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.#LI-Remote
